HB 39 (2007) -  State Contracting

Prohibits agencies from entering into contracts for commodities or services, & prohibits DOT from entering into construction & maintenance contracts, with contractors not registered or participating in federal work authorization program; requires contractors & their subcontractors to participate in federal work authorization program; provides for phased compliance with requirements.
Effective Date: July 1, 2007.
