SB 200 (2009) -  Vaccines Containing Mercury Compounds/Regulation [SPSC]

Creates the "Vaccine Safety Act." Prohibits the sale, purchase, manufacture, delivery, importation, administration, and distribution of vaccines containing organic or inorganic mercury compounds in excess of a certain amount.
