Homestead Property Foreclosure Actions: Designates act "Foreclosure Bill of Rights"; provides procedural requirements & limitations for plaintiffs, defendants, & courts in homestead property mortgage foreclosure actions; specifies document production requirements; requires mediation; specifies settlement negotiation requirements; provides criteria for commercial reasonableness of renegotiated loans; requires DBPR to adopt rules relating to appraisal methods; provides for forbearance liens; provides lien limitations; provides for satisfaction of such liens; requires Supreme Court to determine specified forms; provides for application to specified foreclosure actions; provides for future repeal.
