GENERAL BILL   by General Government Policy Council and Patterson (CO-SPONSORS) Ford; Homan; Kreegel; Murzin; Rader; Williams, T.; Zapata
Surplus Lines Insurers: Specifies nonapplication of specified provisions of law to surplus lines insurance; provides methods of payment for premiums & claims regarding surplus lines contracts issued on or after specified date; requires certain insurers provide disclosure statement to claimant under certain circumstances; provides for payment of attorney's fees in cases involving surplus lines insurers at trial & appellate levels, etc.
