General Bill
Certification of Assisted Living Facility Administrators:
Requiring assisted living facility administrators to meet the training and education requirements established by a third-party credentialing entity; requiring the Department of Elderly Affairs to approve third-party credentialing entities for the purpose of developing and administering a professional credentialing program for assisted living facility administrators; requiring an approved third-party credentialing entity to establish the core competencies for administrators according to the standards set forth by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, etc.
Effective Date:
Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2013
