In Section 12 On Page 100

DELETE THE FOLLOWING:

SECTION 12. The non-recurring sum of $7,423,862 in the State Housing
Trust Fund within the Florida Housing Finance Corporation shall be
transferred to the Department of Financial Services for the purpose of
paying service charge to the General Revenue Fund, as required by
section 420.5061, F.S., for the period covering July 1, 1998 through
January 31, 2008.

AND RENUMBER SUBSEQUENT SECTIONS.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
