348.760 Cooperation with other units, boards, agencies, and individuals.—A county, municipality, drainage district, road and bridge district, school district or any other political subdivision, board, commission, or individual in, or of, the state may make and enter into with the authority, contracts, leases, conveyances, partnerships, or other agreements pursuant to this part. The authority may make and enter into contracts, leases, conveyances, partnerships, and other agreements with any political subdivision, agency, or instrumentality of the state and any federal agencies, corporations, and individuals, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this part.History.—s. 10, ch. 63-573; s. 62, ch. 95-257; s. 15, ch. 2014-171.
