605.0715 Reinstatement.—(1) A limited liability company that is administratively dissolved under s. 605.0714 or former s. 605.0203 permitting the immediate assumption or use of the name by another business entity. (6) If the name of the dissolved limited liability company has been lawfully assumed in this state by another business entity, the department shall require the dissolved limited liability company to amend its articles of organization to change its name before accepting the application for reinstatement.
